Harumi Gondo
The Swiss psychologist Carl Jung observed among his patients, family, friends, and even enemies, distinct differences and patterns in personalities. It is this classification system that is the grounding for the 16 personality types, also known as MBTI or Myers-Briggs.
Harumi Gondo has conducted over 10,000 hours of training and coaching around the 16 Psychological Types.
When people know their Type code it is like getting a map and compass of the path to self-development and being able to chart a course to reach your potential.
With over 10,000 hours of experience teaching Psychological Type, Harumi Gondo has built up a deep understanding of Psychological Type.
Through Type, she provides a path for groups to reach better performance by helping members gain knowledge about themselves.
She is certified in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Majors PTI, MMTIC (Type Indicator for Children) and has achieved Master Practitioner status with MBTI.
She also serves on the Management Committee member of the Australian Association for Psychological Type (AusAPT). She has a Masters from Harvard Divinity School, built up project management experience at UPI (United Press International) and Journalism Evaluation skills at Near Media.
