I love my son so much, but it was difficult to understand him as we are so different. When my husband and son were taking a bath, my son told my husband, "Mom is such a nag." I was so shocked and this made me want to review the relationship. After learning my type and my son's type, I realized that my son's behavior, which I had trouble understanding, was actually his personality type. Through this new understanding, the time we spent together became more enjoyable.
My relationship with my husband, mother, sister and friends have also changed. I thought I would prefer to be alone but I began to understand that I desire to build warm relationships with others. I couldn't stop crying when I first put my feelings into words. I became more honest with my true feeling about buildling relationships. This was a huge change for me. Now, I am happy that I have more connections with more people.
I avoided change and risk, but through Type I realized the importance of taking steps for my own growth.
Until recently, I thought that stability and staying comfortable with my routine was the path to happiness. When I learned about type, I realized that I was not developing myself and so I learned to take courage to take more risks and to engage in new challenges. Through taking on new challenges I felt my world expanding and becoming richer and deeper.
I would often lose self-confidence or suddenly cut off relationships, but Type helped me to understand myself and balance myself.
I would often take on too many tasks and then would lose confidence in myself for not being able to do them, or would suddenly explode and cut off relationships. After understanding my own type I've learned to ask others for help which has in turn helped me to become more emotionally stable. By deepening my self-awareness I've become more cognizant of what others expect from me and how to meet those expectations when I am able.
I've always liked the words "learning" and "growth," but when I'm asked if I had achieved something, I could not answer. I would lose confidence in myself.
After I learned about Type theory, I could see my strengths and weaknesses. I've learned that I was not good at putting words to my thoughts. Although I was generally aware of this it hit home when I learned about my Type. It was not easy to tackle, but I slowly began to explain myself more. As a result, I could challenge myself and also meet new people and I see my world expanding.
Through learning Type, we learned to understand each other and how to communicate effectively, raising team engagement and increasing sales.
Our team is made up of people from very different countries and backgrounds, and we often experienced conflict. There was frequent miscommunication and a decline in customer satisfaction and sales as well as low job satisfaction and an increase in mental health issues.

I have been attending type sessions with all the employees in my company. While the employees were being responsible and achieving their goals. I did not feel that were as supportive of the company's vision. The reason was that I didn't have the attitude to listen to their vision. The lesson I learned here is that listening to each person's vision helped me to see their dreams, goals, challenges, and concerns, and sharing the attitude of "let's achieve this together!"
